salams, what doe sthis nasheed mean is it a mawlid or praise to rasul allah ??????? can i get translation of it please

This is a wonderful poem by Imam Shafee (رضي الله عنه) who was an authority in Arabic and a great poet. It is difficult to comprehend unless one is very sound in Arabic language.
