There are so many places where Rasoolullahi (صلى الله عليه و سلم) rested and prayed in and around Al Madina al Munawwarah. Verily those places are so glorious because the Leader of mankind was there for a while.

Masjid Shaikhain is en route from Madina to mount Uhud to mark the place where Rasoolullahi (صلى الله عليه و سلم) stayed and offered prayers during His rally towards battle of Uhud. He offered Asar, Maghrib and Isha prayers there and paraded his forces and sent back younger companions. The present Masjid there is of Turkish origin and was renovated during era of King Fahad bin Abdul Azeez Aal Saud in 1997.
