Yemen’s many shades of Islam-Shaykh Abdul Karim Yahya Interview on CNN
Islam is the most misunderstood religion especially in west. This is mainly because of the influence of the media lured by Zionist agenda to cease flow of people towards this great religion. They will use any dirty trick to tarnish image of Islam in public. Latest and ongoing of this trend is to brand Islam with terrorism. They are off with this after airing many terrorist attacks targeting public civilians and its supposed link with some organizations which might seem to be of Arabic nature.
But in reality Islam did not and will not preach terrorism and it exactly the opposite side of the coin. As you can see the Books of Islam many verses and sayings to protect civilians from mistreatment let alone terrorism and killing. One notable example is the advice given by Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه و سلم) to the Muslim army before marching to a battle in a distant land. “Don’t destroy temples or shrines, don’t harm elderly, woman or children, and don’t cut trees… fight only with those who offend you”.
In traditional Islamic culture there is no place for terrorism. A feature aired by CNN on Muslims in Tarim, spiritual center of Muslims in Yemen gives this message.
Shaikh Abdul Kareem Yahya is an American born Muslim who embraced Islam in his early age. In his pursuit for truth he found Islam as the perfect religion and it has then illuminated his life. He is being in Tarim for about ten years learning Islamic principles and practices from well reputed scholars over there. He spends much of his time in preaching the knowledge he has attained to truth seekers.Watch it here
